Everything you need to Know for the All Ireland
Times and Date
The competition takes place this Sunday the 18th of August. The pipe competition starts at 12pm and the rest of the sections are at 2pm.
Weather
The forecasts had given it dry but it’s now giving light showers all afternoon. Hopefully they’ll pass and we won’t get socked but you’d best take a raincoat. Last year the weather was dry at the All Ireland but the two previous years in Ennis were total disasters it lashed the whole time and everyone was soaked.

This year’s parade will take place at 5pm just after the results are announced. It will follow the same route as last year right into the town to the Gig rig. This is illustrated below.

Adjudicator Watch
It’s always a hot topic who will be judging each year, for the last two years it’s been Francis Pervis, Ciaran Murphy and Siobhan Rice. This year the Francis Pervis has judged the County Down Fleadh and the Ulster Fleadh so according to the Fleadh rules he shouldn’t be judging the All Ireland to be fair to all the bands but as we know the Fleadh pick and choose what rules they adhere to.
